Your Gmeds Account
Your account with Gmeds will either be a Pro-forma Account or a Credit Account depending on status.

Credit Accounts
When you place an order goods will be dispatched immediately and an invoice will be issued. All invoices must be paid within 10 days of issue. You can review your recent VAT invoices by following the link on this page.

Pro-Forma Accounts
When you place an order an order acknowledgement will be issued. The amount due shown on the order acknowledgement must be paid before we dispatch the goods. On dispatch of goods we will issue a VAT invoice for your records. You can review your recent VAT invoices by following the link on this page.

How to Pay

Important : You MUST put your Gmeds account number in the reference field of the bank transfer to ensure that payment is allocated to your account swiftly.


Standard delivery is next working day for orders placed before 12:00 noon (Weekdays only). We can only deliver to addresses in the UK mainland.

If an order fails to arrive or you have a query about an item, please use the contact form or call 01772 334936 and ask to speak to the manager dealing with your account.

Order History and Repeat Orders

You can check your order history at any time by selecting ‘Orders’ from the menu on the catalogue pages. From this screen you can also re-order a previous order by pressing the ‘Order Again’ button. You can still adjust item quantities on the duplicate order.
